The website doesn't provide much options and you can't find the book there, so you'll have to download the app. Chrome doesn't allow downloads from this site, so I recommend you to use your phone's default browser (or any other browser you have).
When you open the app, you won't need to sign up or login, but I recommend you to connect your account to your wechat/qq/weibo in case you get logged out. I don't think you can connect your phone number as it requires a Chinese number.
In the bookshelf section, type in 恨君不似江楼月 (it's currently on hot search so you won't even have to type it in!)
Click on the green button to begin reading. The prologue and chapter 1 can be read for free, but starting chapter 2 you will have to buy the novel. Note that unlike web novels that are on jjwxc/gongzicp/etc., Killer and Healer is bought per book and not per chapter. Book 1 costs ¥19.99, but is on discount down to ¥9.99 (about $1.50 USD).
This will appear when you reach chapter 2. Since there's no money in your account yet, select the amount top up and the method of payment. If you don't plan to purchase anything else on the app, just go for the ¥9.99 one.

Hi, thank you for the guide. One question, before I go through the whole app download and purchasing. Is it possible to set the app to tradional characters? I am selfstudying Chinese(trad. characters), I can't really read simplified. I know once I will be able to read simplified too, but not now. Thank you for the hard work with translating the novel for us fans.
